The Off Loader (Patent Pending) is a vacuumed table covered by a transpiring mat.
The table is attached to a carriage that can move in/out in regards to the Alu Ranger’s table.

The vacuumed table lifts and tilts up to being parallel to the table of the Alu Ranger, after that it moves against it to capture all the panels previously processed.
When the table of the Off Loader presses against the panels a certain amount of valves are pressed, consequently all panels captured by the vacuum. The vacuum of the machine releases.

Off Loader then moves away from the machine while the table returns horizontal.
When the table is perfectly flat the operator can activate the mat by a pedal to feed the panels to his position for the picking up.

The Alu Ranger is then ready to feed on the working table the next panel previously loaded by the Alu Loader (Patented).
