  • “H 500 Screwing Unit” is designed to increase the strength of the frame by screwing the support sheet inside the PVC profiles.
  • Screws the profiles with the support plate fastly and neatly.
  • It has automatic screw feeding.
  • Screwing place and force can be adjusted.
  • It works automatically according to Job List.
  • Screw size used in the machine is S=3.9mm-4.2mm , K=6.5mm-7.5mm , L=15mm-40mm. Screws other than these dimensions should not be used.
