The AC 2050 Servo Controlled Double Head Aluminum Cutting Machine is a high-precision industrial solution designed for fast and accurate cutting of aluminum profiles. Thanks to its robust mechanical structure and servo-controlled angle positioning system, the machine ensures consistent quality even at high production speeds.
The machine is capable of automatically cutting aluminum profiles at angles between 22.5° and 135°. Equipped with two Ø 550 mm saw blades, hydropneumatic feed control, and automatic slicing system, it is ideal for window, door, and façade manufacturers.
The 17” touchscreen control panel with Mitsubishi PLC system allows intuitive operation and compatibility with third-party software. Advanced safety systems and remote service support ensure reliable and secure operation.
