ZE 1015 – Aluminum Connector Cutting and Drilling Machine

The ZE 1015 by Kaban Makina is a high-performance aluminum connector cutting and drilling machine designed for precision and speed in industrial profile processing. Built on a robust mechanical structure, it is engineered to cut aluminum profiles at 90° with exceptional accuracy and surface quality.
The machine features a Ø 500 mm saw with a servo-controlled cut-and-run system, enabling consistent high-speed cuts. Profile fixation is ensured through pneumatic clamping on both the front and top surfaces, eliminating movement during the cutting cycle. Once a profile is placed, the cutting operation runs automatically as a continuous cycle until the job is complete.
The integrated hole drilling and tapping unit supports tools up to Ø 12 mm, with servo-controlled Y-axis positioning over a 260 mm travel range. A large-capacity process memory allows complex drilling patterns to be stored and recalled. Both the saw and drilling units are equipped with coolant spray systems to protect tooling and ensure clean cuts.
The servo-controlled length driver handles profiles from 5 mm to unlimited length with a 140 mm wastage limit, lifting and releasing them without scratching. The Mitsubishi PLC control system is operated via a 7" touchscreen. Safety covers, security labels, automatic air blowing, remote technical support and periodic maintenance reminders are also built in.
