TECHINCAL DATA - Cutting machine:
Single head cutting machine with rising Ø800mm blade, adjustable rising speed, manual table rotation with fixed references at 90°/45°/-45°, the intermediate positions from 22,5° to the right a 22,5° to the left can be read on a goniometer with pneumatic locking.
This machine has been designed to cut PVC and aluminum large profiles.
The rising movement of the blade cuts without pressure on the profile and help to obtain an accurate and clean cut thanks also to its ease of use and evacuation of swarf waste.
For an optimal work is recommended the installation of roller conveyors with programmable reference stops.
