The TRIPLA MAX is a high-performance electropneumatic milling machine designed for water slot routing on PVC profiles. Equipped with 4 independent milling units featuring pneumatic feed on recirculating ball bearing guides, the machine delivers precision and reliability in every cycle.

Unlike competing solutions that rely on conventional drills or brush grinders — which are prone to frequent breakdowns — TRIPLA MAX uses industrial-grade high-frequency electrospindles. Each of the 4 milling units is inverter-controlled and equipped with 6 stops for stroke adjustment and 6 stops for head positioning. Unit inclination is precisely adjustable via goniometers.

Adjustable pneumatic clamps with both low and high pressure settings ensure secure clamping even of large-format workpieces. The semi-automatic working cycle with two-hand safety command guarantees operator safety. The machine also features a unique gasket press system, which is essential for profiles requiring three gaskets.
