The SB 3015 PVC Profile Processing and Cutting Center is a fully automated 9-axis machining center designed for high-speed and high-precision processing of PVC window and door profiles.
The machine integrates feeding, machining, cutting, labeling, and waste management into one complete production line. With its servo-controlled robots, dual 3-axis processing units, and Ø 550 mm cutting saw, SB 3015 ensures maximum productivity and repeatable precision.
Designed for industrial-scale production, the system supports up to 8 profiles in the feeding conveyor and allows processing lengths up to 6200 mm. Its Mitsubishi PLC control system and Windows-based interface provide seamless integration with third-party software and remote service support.
